CancellationOrders cannot be canceled once them have been shipped. If you change your mind, please call us as soon as possible; we do not want to send you materials you do not want. But once order has been pulled and put on a truck, we cannot cancel the order. Any refused order or late cancellation is subject to all fees listed in the Refused Orders policy. Any refused credit card payments or check stop payments will be considered a bad debt. Customer will be responsible for any collection fees; court costs and attorneys fees associated with collection of bad a debt. |
